How does delivery work?

We offer two delivery options:

Option 1 – One-Day Delivery: All meals are delivered at once on one selected delivery day (Monday to Saturday). Best for customers who want all their meals for the week delivered together and will freeze some meals.

Option 2 – Two-Day Delivery: Your meals are split into two deliveries for extra freshness. Choose from: Monday + Wednesday, or Tuesday + Thursday.

How long does meals last?

Meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen — simply defrost overnight in the fridge and reheat when ready.

What portion sizes are available?

We offer three portion sizes to suit your needs: Ladies, Men, and Kids. Each portion is nutritionally balanced for that specific energy requirement.

What is the macros and calories?

Woman portions: 290–380 calories with 35g and more protein
Men portions: 400–580 cal with 45–60g protein
